La Manga Club and its communities
The award winning resort of La Manga Club is set in 1400 acres of stunning Costa Calida countryside, bordered by natural parks and unspoilt beaches. The resort is renowned for its extensive range of sporting facilities, excellent bars, shops and restaurants and close proximity to many of the regions cultural and historical attractions.
There is wide variety of self catering accommodation available in La Manga Club from compact one bedroom apartments to sprawling 6 bedroom individual villas that are distributed throughout the resort in a series of "communities" each with their own distinct character.
Purple Zone

La Reserva del Coto
This area of the resort is the most northern part La Manga Club. Surrounding most of the North Course and extending up into the hills. Many of the villas and apartments in this area have amazing views over the resort and the longest hours of sunlight due to the elevated southerly aspect of many of the properties. Amenities within this zone include the La Manga Spa, the pretty Las Lomas village. There are also shops, bars and restaurants.
Red Zone
Incorporating the communities of:
Golf Bungalows
Villas 55-194
Las Reinas
One of the three central zones, most of the properties here are individual villas fringing the southern most fairways of the South Golf Course. Properties on the west of this zone are within easy walking distance of the central amenities surrounding the Tennis Centre.
Orange Zone

El Pinar
Los Naranjos
This is the most central zone of the resort and it really is the heart of La Manga Club in terms of easy access to amenities. Properties here are all within an easy stroll to many of the resort's bars, restaurants, shops and services. The Tennis Centre, Kids Club and the par three short golf course are also within easy walking distance.
The community of Las Sabinas is also where you will find our office, situated on the main run of shops and bars along the Calle de la Sud. Call in any time.
Pink Zone

Bella Vista
The third of the central zones. Most of the properties here are apartments and villas with a true community feel. Each development has it's own individual character with properties neatly arranged around communal pool areas in well maintained and landscapes grounds.
This zone is also home to the La Quinta Club & Hotel and the beautiful par three short golf course. If you are holidaying in any of the communities here, the central amenities around the Tennis Centre to the north and the vibrant Bellaluz Square to the south are within easy walking distance.
Blue Zone

Los Geranios
This zone is home to some of the resorts more recent development. Like the striking, ultra modern private villas of Las Mimosas with sharp, pristine white architectural features and tinted glass balconies and contemporary landscaped gardens with private pools.
The eastern part of this zone is within easy reach of central amenities, whilst the western part is a little quieter with a more rural feel on the edge of the resort.
Yellow Zone

Coto Alto
Located in the south east of the resort, this zone is a wonderfully tranquil area of mainly well established individual villas, almost all with private pools and beautiful gardens, spread along lovely, quiet winding roads fringed with mature palms. Definitely a place to chill, relax and get away from it all.
The price you pay for the peace and quiet is that most of the resorts amenities are a short car ride away although the vibrant Bellaluz square and Los Molinos restaurant are not too far away and well worth the 15 - 20 minute walk.
Green Zone

The southern most part of La Manga Club, this zone is home to a wide spectrum of property types including some stunning individual villas with magnificent ocean views. The lively square of the Bellaluz community with its bars, restaurants, shops and pharmacy is within walking distance from most properties as is the beautiful Los Molinos restaurant, a must for whiling away a lazy sun drenched lunch.
