Famed for its world class sporting facilities, La Manga Club has something for everyone looking for an active holiday in the Costa Calida sun. Whilst it is probably best known for its 3 outstanding golf courses and world-class tennis centre, there are a huge range of sports and outdoor activities available at the resort.
La Manga Club is one of Europe's finest, multi award winning golf resorts for good reason. It is home to three outstanding 18 hole championship golf courses that have hosted many international tournaments. Each course has its own individual personality and layout, and all offer tranquil mature surroundings and amazing views over the resort, surrounding hills and the Mar Menor. In addition to the championship courses there is also a stunningly beautiful 18 hole pitch and putt short course designed by the Spanish golfing legend, Severiano Ballesteros. There really is something here for golfers of all ages, standards and abilities.
Designed by Robert Dean Putman, the world-renowned golf course architect.

Slightly shorter than the South Course, it features tighter fairways and larger greens which have plenty of movement making them a good test of putting skills. Palm trees, lakes and barrancas' (natural storm gullies found on all three courses) are key features. The North Course is a stern test of shot making and requires a deft touch on the greens.

The South Course has hosted the Spanish Open on numerous occasions plus many more major professional tournaments. At 6500m (from the white tees) it is a long course that features water hazards on most of its holes, long par 3s, daunting par 4s and intriguing dog-legs. A course that requires accurate driving.

With its back nine set amongst the hills, the West Course's frequent elevation changes offer a distinctly different feel and provide a fresh set of challenges to the La Manga Club golfer. The wind is often a factor on this course, where long carries from spectacular elevated tees will test your driving. The 18th providing perhaps the most memorable view of all (one of the best on the resort), it is a fitting finale to a round of golf on the West Course.
